We talked about why we need golf fitness and some of the things you an do to add fitness to your current program.

John Daly Shirtless!

 How about John Daly?  It looks like he is on the road to recovery and has gotten a grip on his mental health.  He is also in great shape right now and I know a comeback is right around the corner.  If you haven't already seen the latest episode in this train wreck, check out this video interview with the man himself.  Warning- Watch at least 1 hour after eating.
