Looking pretty good. Do you have any finished photos of the rest of the build out?

Ray

I wish you all the luck with this endeavour. I have found that doing yoga has helped my golf in a number of ways. Firstly I was able to walk the course much easier without feeling so tired at the end of the round. Most importantly though I was able to maintain my swing throughout the round which translated into lower scores and more consistent golf. In the past I would stiffen up as the round went on but after doing yoga for even just a month (2/3 times per week for 30 minutes) I found I was much more flexible and able to cope with 18 holes much easier. All the best.

@ray above
Where did you learn yoga from? I was thinking of starting it too, but couldn't find any good resource except some really doubtful online coaches.

Regards,
Mikey
