A great variation to the typical pressing (DB Bench Press) and pulling exercises (1 Arm Row) is to do them in a standing position with the cable machine or with resistance bands.
I really like to get my golfers standing as much a possible to strengthen them in the position they will be in often: standing! Here are a few ways to do it:
