In Episode 45 of The Strength Coach Podcast, I spoke to Coach Boyle about the possibility that some of the Medicine Ball Throwing exercises that we do can cause poor movement patterns, or Swing Faults.
For a a lot of coaches, the purpose of a many of the throws is to improve the use of the hips in rotation.
The problem is that for golfers, this can lead to a swing fault called Early Extension.
