Hello Dave:
I have been seeing a Chiropractor for about 3 weeks now.
He xrayed me fopr a lower back pain condition and found it to be related to Sacroiliac Joint Pain.
A little "gap" is present on me left side of the joint.
He says this causes a little movement -- which is pain.
I play 12-13 holes no problems but after after that I start feeling a little soreness is this area.
Causes me to lose interest in remaining round.
I play golf alot.
I switched a few years ago from a "two plane" to a "one Plane" swing.
Never had this condition with old swing.
REALLY playing well with new type of swing.
He says I need to excercise my lower back and we can control this condition.
I asked him if I should "not play golf " for a while ?
He said,"Why would you stop playing the game you love" ?
What is your opinion?
Wait for your email reply and thank you,
Rob
