Ben is the founder and Director of Strength and Conditioning at Athletic Edge Performance Enhancement Training Center in New Jersey. It is considered to be one of the nation's premier conditioning facilities for High School and Collegiate athletes. Ben is certified at the highest level from Titleist Performance Institute for Golf Fitness & Golf Biomechanics. He works with numerous Tour players, has been fitness editor for NJ Golfer Magazine, has lectured the NJPGA on Golf Swing Mechanics and presented at MIT’s
“Better Golf through Technology” Conference on lower body mechanics.
